He’s the kind of owner who knows customers by name, welcomes people with a smile, and is always thinking about what Quest can become next.

Scott has spent 25 years as a marine mechanic, and there isn’t much he hasn’t seen. From spring tune-ups to winterization and everything in between, he keeps Quest boats running strong through every season.

If there’s an engine to diagnose or a boat that needs attention, Scott is usually already on it.

Chris brings 18 years of experience in sailing and sales with Hobie kayaks and sailboats. Since joining Quest in 2019, he has grown into a leadership role overseeing service coordination, storage, and a wide range of specialty products.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, Chris is the kind of person who makes customers feel taken care of right away.

Marine Sales & Customer Engagement Manager

With over 20 years in sales and customer service, Randi is a major part of the Quest customer experience. She helps customers find the right boat, guides Boat Club members, and assists boaters with slips and next steps on the Illinois River.

Whether someone is brand new to boating or already knows exactly what they want, Randi has a way of making the process feel approachable and personal.
