Marine Services Coordinator / Manager
This is a key role, acting as the primary interface to customers who need watercraft repairs, maintenance and storage services.  Main duties include:

  • Generating work estimates and invoices
  • Coordinating staff efforts around desired completion times
  • Communicating with customers
  • Sourcing and stocking required parts and supplies
  • Daily reporting of completed work orders, and weekly/monthly reporting of shop throughput and efficiency

A background in a marine environment, service writing or mechanical repair is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.  A courteous and professional demeanor is important, as are strong communication, organization and computer skills.  An acceptable driving record is required, and a CDL would be a plus.
 
This is a long-term career opportunity that could lead to a management role or to various other senior positions within the company or its affiliates (marina/outdoor recreation).  Salary range is $30,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on experience.  Health and other benefits are available.  Work schedule is full-time, Tuesday thru Saturday.
 
 
Watersports Operations
We are looking for responsible, energetic associates to help with our seasonal watersports operations.  If you or someone you know would enjoy working outside in a dynamic, team environment, helping with boat and kayak rentals, storage operations, equipment maintenance, customer assistance, detailing, and/or light mechanical projects, this could be a fit!  Boating and/or mechanical experience would be a plus, but we'll gladly consider candidates looking to develop their workplace skills.  
 
We are looking to fill multiple positions in this category.  Flexible schedule can be full- or part-time, year-round or seasonal (i.e., summer job), and long-term career opportunities are available.  Compensation is hourly at $12 and up, depending on experience and job schedule.  Our on-the-job training program will teach you new career skills and allow you to track progress toward increased responsibility levels.  Health and other benefits may be available for full-time associates.  Work schedule usually includes weekends.
