Employment Opportunities at Quest Watersports

Quest Watersports offers exciting career opportunities to motivated and success-oriented individuals.  We're always interested in meeting new candidates for sales, service & technical, customer service and managerial positions.

We currently have two open positions; please forward any questions, along with your resume and qualifications to jobs@questwatersports.com

Leadership Development Program
If your career goals include a leadership role in the outdoor recreation business, this position could be a fit.  We believe that strong managers are best developed from within an organization, and have structured a management-track program to support that goal. We are offering a full-time, salaried position that will help you develop the skills necessary to advance your career toward leadership within a dynamic and entrepreneurial group of companies.

You will spend 12-24 months with the significant responsibility of coordinating our mechanical services department, acting as the primary interface with customers in need of boat repair, maintenance and storage services. This experience will orient you to our products, services, customers and processes, and allow you to develop the core skills of customer communication, resource coordination, organizational management and process improvement. You also will work on special projects within other departments and affiliated companies to further hone your skills as a future manager. After proving yourself in this initial role, you will be eligible for advancement into a variety of leadership positions including departmental management, on-water/marina operations, logistical operations, sales, hospitality, new business development and others.

Previous marine, powersports or automotive industry experience is a plus, but we are most interested in ambitious candidates who are motivated to learn, adapt, lead and advance in their career. We look above all for a professional demeanor, solid work ethic, strong communication and computer skills, and a problem-solving attitude. An acceptable driving record is also required.

Salary range is $30,000 to $45,000 per year, depending on experience.  Health and other benefits are available.  Work schedule is full-time, Tuesday thru Saturday.

Watersports Operations
Quest Watersports and Heritage Harbor are looking for responsible, energetic associates to help with our marina and watersports operations.  If you or someone you know would enjoy working outside in a dynamic, team environment, helping with boat & kayak rentals, storage operations, facility maintenance, customer assistance, detailing, and/or light mechanical projects, this could be a fit!  Boating experience would be a plus, but well gladly consider candidates looking to develop their workplace skills.  Flexible schedule can be full- or part-time, year-round or seasonal, and long-term career training & opportunities are available.

We are looking to fill multiple positions in this category.  Flexible schedule can be full- or part-time, year-round or seasonal (i.e., summer job), and long-term career opportunities are available.  Compensation is hourly at $14 and up, depending on experience and job schedule.  Our on-the-job training program will teach you new career skills and allow you to track progress toward increased responsibility levels.  Health and other benefits may be available for full-time associates.  Work schedule usually includes weekends.
